Pretabil pentru constructie atat pe platoul de jos cat si in varf, acolo unde dispune de o panorama superba:
- Se vede Piatra Craiului in zare, vis a vis Piatra Caselor si in stanga M-tii. Leaota.
Pe platoul de sus se poate construi o cabana, restaurant, terasa, etc, creand o atmosfera unica in zona.
De asemenea se poate face un mini tele schi, variante multiple de afaceri-investitie, sau doar pentru pasionatii de munte intr-un loc retras .
Fiind o suprafata mare de teren fara constructii mari in zona (neindustrializat), este liniste si o atmosfera pitoreasca.
Locatia se afla in imediata vecinatate (dar retras pe o ulita) la 100 m de drumul national ce leaga Bucuresti- Rucar-Bran. Din centrul Bucurestiului pana in curte sunt 145 km, din Pitesti 70 km, din Brasov 70 km, iar din Targoviste 70 km.
