The proposed project is a 54-hectars land in the immediate proximity of Bucharest. It is located in the North-Western side of the city, between the ring road and the extended ring road to be develop in upcoming 3 years. The project is also near the largest industrial and logistic developments in the Bucharest region (km 13, km 23 on the Bucharest-Pitesti A1 motorway).
