Sorbietrees B&B

In the Scottish borders, around 23 miles north of Carlisle, Sorbietrees B&B offers high-quality bed and breakfast accommodation. In an 18th-century farmhouse, its individually styled rooms have free Wi-Fi and on-site parking.

Sorbietrees is an 18th century farmhouse which was once the home of William Armstrong, famous for his untimely death - read more about William on our website. Today it is a warm, homely and welcoming 3 star GOLD B&B and an ideal base for exploring the Scottish Borders, Dumfries and Galloway, Cumbria and Northumberland. We are also home to some of the darkest skies in the UK. Stay with us to visit Kielder Observatory (prior booking essential).
