The Rumblie Guest House is a 4 star Visit Scotland Gold, 4 Star AA Silver, Green Tourism Gold award winning guest house in the small village of Laggan, nr Newtonmore. We offer 3 en-suite rooms that can either be super king double or twin, each room has tea & coffee making facilities and other wee touches like home-made shortbread and fresh flowers. We serve breakfast in our Garden Room and offer pre-booked evening meals, snug lounge area with log burner, lots of books to read and sofas to relax on. There is free wi-fi across the property. We are licensed and are pleased to be able to offer a selection of over 70 Scottish Whiskies, Organic and Local beers, Organic wine and a small range of other drinks. We have drying facilities for muddy boots and outdoor coats and cycle store is available if you are arriving by bike. The garden area and decking is there to be enjoyed by our guests and you are welcome to wander. We are on the East Highland Way walking route and more than happy to collect you if you are walking the trail, mountain biking at Laggan Wolftrax is just 2 miles away and there are lots of other attractions on the door step.

The Caringorms National Park is wonderful area of the country packed with nature, walks, distilleries, museums, nature reserves. There are so many Munro's that can be walked from just down the road from us it's a perfect location for walkers. In addition lots of places locally have been used in films and television dramas, we are just 8m miles from Ardverkie House which to many is still "Monarch of the Glen" but more recently has been used in The Crown. Laggan village is a quiet rural place, we have a village shop cafe & gallery (from May 2018), there is Laggan Wolftrax mountain bike centre, lots of way marked walks and trails. Dalwhinnie Distillery is just 7 miles from us. The East Highland Way passes through the village as does Scotland's End to End, General Wades Military road provides a route over the mountains for walkers & cyclists alike.
