Perfectly quiet location but only a two minute walk to lots of trendy cafes and bars. The studio has been fully refurbished and refurnished to a high standard in 2020. Ideal base for exploring :- Stirling, Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews. This studio is also perfectly located for visiting friends or family studying at the University of Stirling.

Free Parking is available to the rear of the apartment in a free 24 hour car park.
