Set within a large mature garden, The Studio has a lovely elevated view of the Severn Valley and surrounding hills. The Studio is a very comfortable, self contained annexe. It has windows affording views on three sides including the adjoining woodland. The Studio has exclusive use of its own summer house and deck. Parking is conveniently adjacent to the studio.

Alison and Mark live on site in the adjoining house and are therefore available for assistance if required.

This is a wonderful part of rural Mid-Wales with easy access to the coast (1 hour away) and Snowdonia National Park (1 hour away). The village of Aberhafesp is 3 miles from the busy market town of Newtown with all the usual amenities, and the next village, Caersws, has useful shops, pubs, an excellent Fish and Chip Shop and a Garage.
