Newly built in 2016, this one bedroom property has been constructed to a very high standard throughout. ‘The Smithy’ is located in the village of Fulford, a short 5 minute drive from the city centre. There is private off street parking just next to the property for your convenience. The cottage itself has a fantastic open plan feel in the downstairs area. The spacious living area runs through into the high specification kitchen. The kitchen area features a range of high end appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc. A very nice feature of this property is the large skylight above the kitchen that allows a great deal of natural light in.
