The Patch offers you everything you need for a comfortable stay in the central location of Newburgh on the banks of the River Tay. The property is situated off the main street making it a quiet and relaxing location. The property consists of an open plan living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, if needed, flat screen TV and small dining table and chairs. All basic provisions are provided free of charge such as tea, coffee, sugar,milk and biscuits. There is a spacious bathroom with electric shower, toiletries and double size bath. The bedroom has twin single beds which can easily be pushed together to make a superkingsize bed. There is an excellent Wi-Fi connection too.

Newburgh is an excellent location to visit Scotland. An added bonus is that it is midgie free!!I Newburgh is commutable to Edinburgh and Glasgow and also The Highlands and Islands. Fife and Perthshire have much for you to discover. Golfers will be spoilt for choice and St Andrews, the home of golf, is 30 minutes away. Newburgh has everything you need for your visit including an ATM, petrol station, museum, grocery store, bars and cafes. The village has Lindores Distillery which is well worth a visit for afternoon tea or a tour. The nearby village of Abernethy ( 3 miles)has one of only two Round towers in Scotland.
