The property is split into two self-contained separate apartments, which can be closed of to each other, making this a perfect place to stay with multi-generational families or friends. The Mill Leat - Offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests this 3 bedroom flat offers 2 double bedrooms, (one king and one small double) and 1 twin bedroom, with a large TV and unit should you wish you lay-in and enjoy some down time watching. As you enter the property through the private courtyard garden decked with Astro-turf, you will find the living room, with wall-mounted TV, 2 comfortable sofas and a cosy snuggle chair. The spacious and well equipped kitchen/diner offers everything you will need to cater for a family break and a dining table and chairs for up to 8 people. The family bathroom has a bath and free-standing Shower cubicle, w.c and hand basin. The Grain Store - Offering one double bedroom, this property is an ideal getaway for a couple looking to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The bathroom offers a bath with hand held shower, w.c and washbasin. The kitchenette is basic and ideal for preparing light meals or lunches to explore on days out. There is no oven or dishwasher at the property – you will find a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave along with crockery and utensils for up to 4 people. There is a breakfast bar with stools and butchers block for extra storage. In the living area you will find a large comfortable and relaxing sofa and tv. The apartment is naturally well lit with sky lights and south facing windows. Parking - There is no parking at the property. Cars should be parked at either of the two local Car Parks. Please do not park or unload at the property as the spaces are residential only. The nearest car park is just over the bridge, 2-3 minutes walk away. There is a small charge for parking here between the hours of 9am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday. There is no charge after 5pm and before 9am or on Sundays. Alternatively there is a free car park at Cleese Hall, which is approximately 5-10 minutes walk up Chapel Hill. This property really is an ideal base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer, being just a short drive from a number of beautiful beaches, fishing villages and unlimited countryside space to explore. The A39 is witching a short distance and will take you up and down the county easily.
