The Linhay is a detached barn conversion situated on the owners' livestock farm, 0.7 miles from the Devon village of Sheepwash. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double with a freestanding bath and a first floor twin room, as well as a ground floor shower room. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove.
