A welcome pack is provided including tea, coffee, sugar and milk. A private front door and entrance stairs leads to a large and light main room with sofa, TV and double bed. A cosy kitchen and dining room has seating for two. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Guests enjoy enjoy countryside views from the balcony.

The Garret Topsham is less than a mile to Topsham and the Exeter Chiefs rugby stadium. The local (dog-friendly) Blue Ball pub called is a 12-minute walk away. The city of Exeter with its historic Cathedral is just 5 miles away.

The Garret is a small but perfectly formed property offering guests a cosy and stylish place to spend a few days on the outskirts of Topsham. With lovely farm views guests can unwind in the Hot tub or borrow some bikes to explore the area

We set up the Garret as a holiday let early in 2016 and have really enjoyed looking after our guests since then. We love our dogs and love catering for guests with dogs as we know how hard it is to find great dog friendly accommodation. There is an extra charge per dog to aid us in covering our cleaning costs as we do find that our furry friends tend to make a bit of a mess! We dont mind at all, but the extra charge enables our cleaners to refresh the property to a high standard.

Topsham is amazing! we moved here 6 years ago and have loved every minute, its a hidden gem! Explore walks along the river or canal with the amazing bird life, check out he cafes and restaurants or settle in for a quiet drink in one of the pubs! Topsham is 10minutes from Exeter on the train so is a great base for visiting there as well.
