We have a lovely Studio with a courtyard garden. The space has a double bed with a double sofa bed. The Accommodation has a toilet, shower and kitchen facilities including a Microwave, fridge and electric hob. TV and Wi-Fi are also available. Colchester is a lively town and offers lots of history and architecture. There are plenty of things to do including visiting museums, art galleries, historic buildings, cafes, shops and restaurants. The university of Essex is within close proximity.

We are directly opposite a lovely park with lots of facilities including a café which serves food and hot drinks. We are a short 15 minute walk into the town centre and there are buses which run frequently every ten minutes. Alternatively a 5 minute car journey with lots of parking. The university is within close proximity with a bus service two minutes from the property.
