The Chalet at Ben Hiant is a detached wooden lodge located in the village of Kilchoan in the Scottish Highlands. It has two bedrooms consisting of a double room and an adult bunk room, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside there is ample off road parking, a decking with table and chairs and an enclosed lawn. The Chalet at Ben Hiant is a delightfu lodge in a fantastic location.
The village of Kilchoan is the most westerly village in mainland Britain, on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula and surrounded by mountains and coastal views. The area close to Kilchoan offers beaches and an wildlife with eagles regularly spotted. The village has a shop, pub, restaurant and community centre. From Mingary Pier there is a regular ferry service to Tobermory which gives the opportunity to explore the islands of Mull and Iona. There are wildlife excursions and the new Ardnamurchan Distillery and Natural History Centre. A short drive away is Ardnamurchan Point complete with a lighthouse and visitor centre, or perhaps you simply want to sit on Sanna Beach and enjoy the views across the clear blue sea to the islands of Muck, Eigg and Rum?
