Our spectacular beach house sits just 15 meters from the main sands of Viking Bay. This truly is an enviable location at the centre of a buzzing seaside town. The property is ideal for families or couples. Completely self-contained the property has an open-plan living, & dining area with Juliet balconies that let you become part of the bays street life. A pay & display car park is 25 meters away and its possible to find free street parking within 400 meters. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and bedroom 2 has full size single bunks. Additionally there is a travel cot available (please ask). We are able to accommodate 2 adults, 2 children and an additional toddler in our travel cot. The bathroom has a walk in shower (there is no bath). The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor whilst the stunning first floor is entirely dedicated to the lounge dining area. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, microwave & fridge freezer. Our beach house is in the heart of the main bay area, it's a vibrant active and exciting place in the summer and a wonderfully atmospheric and dramatic position in the depths of winter. Towels and linen are provided and will be changed once a week.

My husband and I live within the town, and we are readily available to offer any help you may need. Broadstairs has so much to offer and with the beach across the road you are bound to be busy, but if you run out of ideas please just ask us for suggestions.

Broadstairs is full of wonderful restaurants, bars, takeaways and has a supermarket in the centre of town. In the summer Broadstairs is busy, but the location of our beach house means that you will find everything on your doorstep, you really can park up and leave your car for the duration of your stay. Broadstairs railway station is a 15-minute walk from the house. Direct trains to London leave every half hour. A local 'loop' bus service connects the surrounding towns of Margate and Ramsgate. The walk to Ramsgate across the cliff tops or over the beach at low tide takes about 45 minutes. Look out for the open-top bus that kids love during the summer months for a coastal excursion.
