The Barn Ivy Cottage is a detached barn conversion on the owners' working livestock farm, in the village of Kexby and just five miles from York. This cottage sleeps six people and has one ground floor king-size double, one ground floor twin with en-suite bath and one double on the mezzanine floor, together with a family shower room. Also in the cottage is open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and barbecue. The Barn Ivy Cottage is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.
