Welcome The property is a 1960s holiday chalet. It retains some original features, like the wood cladding, but also updated kitchen and bathroom to make your stay comfortable. Many of these chalets on the south coast have been lost now to make way for caravans. There are two bedrooms which each sleep two people, a living room with dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath. The chalet is heated and well equipped for your stay. ​ Well behaved dogs are allowed free of charge but not permitted on furnishings or in bedrooms. The chalet is located on Parkdean Resorts site at the west side. There are spacious lawns around the chalets which are arranged in semi-detached pairs. The beach is a few minutes walk away. There is a bridal path near the chalet with direct access to Lydd Road and the beach beyond. There is also access to the beach through the main gates. Local bus to Rye, Hastings and Dover. The site facilities include leisure pools with spa and sauna room, New splashzone, bar restaurant with entertainment, games arcade, fish and chip shop, Nisa shop, buggy hire, playgrounds, bungee trampoline, mini golf and sports areas.

This is is a family owned and run chalet. It's a great base to explore the local area from. The chalet is well equipped and comfortable for up to four people. Bring your own carry cot for an extra child. ​ Bedding is included as are tea, coffee, sugar and other basic condiments. There are restaurants and take-aways locally and three small food shops. It is also possible to have food delivered to the chalet from a supermarket of your choice. ​ While the beach and sand dunes are the main attraction, the area is also great for shopping, walking and cycling.  We opened in April 2017 and have received excellent reviews; "Had a lovely time! Chalet was great, really cute decor and had everything we needed. Kids loved playing on the lawn outside. Short walk to the beach and park facilities if you want them" "It is the nicest Bungalow in the entire park, it is new and has everything you could possibly need. It's a quick walk away from the sea and a kite surf centre as well as a pub. To get to Rye it's a quick drive" "Comfy beds and pillows too! The park itself has plenty to do for kids. Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway   Known as“Kent’s Mainline in Miniature” this one-third full size Steam & Diesel locomotives power along the 13½ miles of track from the Cinque Port town of Hythe to Dungeness. Some stations have cafes and there are special events for children during the year. Dungeness Beach and Nature Reserve. Renowned for its bleakness, fisherman's huts and Derek Jarman's former home and garden, the beach is well worth a visit. There is also a Nature Reserve popular with bird watchers, a cafe and a beach boardwalk.
