Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful, especially at Reception. The buffet breakfast was adequate with plenty of choices.

Cons: We had a problem with the shower flooding the bathroom which was resolved temporarily, so we had to restrict our shower time.

6 I’d stay again, but expect it not to be perfect.

Pros: It’s near to many stores, restaurants and the park, which is really nice. It’s a 2 star hotel, so don’t expect much. It’s just a place to sleep. But over all, it’s cheap.

Cons: The water pressure is non existent. It takes me 30 minutes to shower because of the low water pressure. The WiFi was so slow It won’t even play YouTube videos. Hopefully they fix these things for future customers. The stairway smells like someone pissed on it.

Pros: Location, close to Gants Hill station and Ilford shopping centre.

Cons: Everything was fine other than the torn carpets and no proper breakfast for vegetarians. When I raised this with reception, they advised, with a smile that I could buy my own hash browns and ask the kitchen staff to prepare them for me. I was utterly shocked.

Pros: I've stayed here before so I knew what it was like. I had a good night's sleep and the staff are always pleasant and it is very cheap.

Cons: The kettle didnt work and the electrics are very dodgy-looking. This hotel is pretty rundown and very basic.
