Rose Cottage is a charming three storey period terraced house placed in the very heart of Dartmouth. Recently renovated, it retains the quirkiness and charm of a house in one of the oldest parts of town, whilst providing modern technologies with Wifi and Smart TVs to ensure the perfect romantic getaway for couples or a fun and easy holiday with friends and family. A parking permit is supplied for the nearby car park, one small dog welcome. The front door of this beautiful little cottage opens into a modern open-plan, combined kitchen/dining and living room area with oak flooring and worktops, which are complimented with large, comfortable lounge seating and bar dining. Upstairs guests will find the two large bedrooms. Bedroom One - first floor has a zip and link super- king size bed (6’) that can also be split into two full size single beds if required. There is a full bathroom on this floor. Upstairs again to the second bedroom - second floor has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room.
