Pros: Fantastic view and great locatio
Tarbert Holiday Park is located in Tarbert.
The camping offers a sun terrace.
After a day of hiking, cycling or fishing, guests can relax in the shared lounge area.
Islay is 30.4 miles from Tarbert Holiday Park
Tarbert Holiday Park was built in 2018, 2.5miles south of the village of Tarbert, Loch Fyne. It's location is perfect for walkers who want to walk all, or part, of the 100-mile long distance route, the Kintyre Way. It's also great for island hoppers, as its close to ferry terminals for Islay, Gigha and Arran. If you're touring Scotland, Kintyre is a great place to visit. Distilleries, outdoor activities and a range of events and festivals throughout the year make it interesting, whenever you come to stay. We also offer paddlesports from our onsite watersports centre (between Easter - October). Choose from kayaking, canoeing or stand up paddle boarding. We have a trained instructor who can take you out on the water, whether you're a complete beginner or just want to brush up on your skills.
Welcome to Tarbert Holiday Park. We offer accommodation in our glamping pods. You can choose from a standard pod which has twin beds or a superior pod which has a double bed and its own ensuite facilities. Named after trees, our glamping pods offer a cost effective place to stay for the night. We're just four miles away from the Islay ferry, so are well placed for an overnight stay should you have an early boat to catch. Onsite amenities include our camper's kitchen where you can cook and eat it in our shared dining area. We have an onsite toilet and shower block and also facilities for washing and drying clothes.
Tarbert Holiday Park lies 2.5 miles south of the village of Tarbert, Loch Fyne. Tarbert is a hotspot for festivals, hosting up to ten a year. With cafes, restaurants and a range of independent shops, the village is a great place to explore. We'd also highly recommend making the walk up to Tarbert Castle, once belonging to Robert the Bruce. If you're traveling by car, Tarbert Holiday Park is 100 miles from Glasgow. Public transport via West Coast Motors 926 service is available between Glasgow - Tarbert.

Pros: The location on the river Dee. Well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and sitting room and a nice extra room to relax in downstairs. We need to stay again to utilise the outdoor space at the front.
Cons: Shower wasn’t very powerful. Back gate could do with a hook on to keep it open when taking a number of things into the house. This is probably not normally a problem but it was very windy and the gate kept slamming. None of this would stop us from staying again.

Pros: Wonderful property would highly recommend
Cons: Observation not a criticism but perhaps hand rails for the outside steps front and back as they are steep

Pros: It was very comfortable and well- equipped and the welcome bottle of Prosecco and cookies for all the family were a lovely touch. The host was in constant touch and clearly wanted to ensure we had a good time. There was lovely hot water but we could not get the shower to work! Rondeva is a delightful holiday home by the banks of the River Dee and we will certainly go back to this home when we are next in Chester.
Cons: We could not get the shower to work properly.
