Pros: The staff were so attentive, couldn’t have been more assisting if they tried, the food was out of this world, great view in Rm5 and a lovely wee hot tub. Breakfast in bed and everything on the tray you could have asked for. Brilliant menu, all in all it was a luxurious experience and we will definitely go back.

Pros: Cosy, clean, comfortable and a little bit of luxury.
Cons: Restaurant really quiet for a Friday. No atmosphere and so more ‘stiff’ than normal.

Pros: Everything was exceptional but the food really tipped it over into a really special stay.
Cons: A choice of pillows would have been great, I found them very soft and not very supportive but my husband loved them.

Pros: The amazing staff were professional, friendly and dignified. They made our stay a real treat. The bar was lovely, the food in the restaurant was exceptional and, perhaps a weird thing to say ... the room temperatures were perfect. Breakfast started at 7am and we needed to leave early to do the marathon which meant we would miss breakfast. The duty manager arranged for us to have porridge pots, spoons and a kettle without us asking for anything special. What a lovely thing to do. Rocpool should be incredibly proud of the team who was on during our stay. It was lovely to be given Elemis products for the bathroom.
Cons: There was no view from the window which didn't really matter that much because we were out and about.
