Pear tree cottage bed and breakfast was established in 1990 in a quiet and central location in the centre of Midhurst , it is a family run buisness . Private onsite parking ( rare in the centre of midhurst ) 2 self contained facilities that are completely different and each unit is private and spacious . The Studio is a self contained purpose built room with private ensuite shower room , it has a breakfast station which is set up for your continental breakfast ( if you would prefer the beds as a twin beds can you please message us in advance thanks ) The Cottage annex is a self contained small cottage and can be hired for as a self catering or B and B The cottage annex has a small kitchen with cooker fridge toaster microwave etc Continental breakfast is supplied , following Covid 19 if you prefer that we do not enter you room during your stay to make your beds and tidy etc and But set you up with a breakfast pack before arrival please message us for details Self catering available or longer term let available please message for details ( if your staying for over 5 days please ask Phil or Audrey about washing clothes ) The cottage annex has its own small patio

Philip the owner was a local carpenter in Midhurst for over 40 years before taking over the bed and breakfast from his wife Audreys parents 14 years ago. Phil enjoys the change of lifestyle and keeping on top of house maintenance etc and Phil now runs the bed and breakfast full time and welcomes wedding guests , tourists , working people and lots of regulars who have been coming now for over 10 years . If you working away from home and in the building trade , Phil is very willing to sort the room out and will put in an extra bed and often offers deals for the working week -please message to enquire and we will adjust the fees before booking. Audrey wife runs a small ladies independant fashion boutique established in 1995 in the town of Midhurst - as a bed and breakfast customer enjoy 10% off any purchases during your stay in her shop :)
