It is situated in a quiet area, down a short gravel path near the golf course, has 2 bedrooms (double, with adjoining twin room), is equipped to a high standard (has a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence). Patio doors open out to a courtyard garden area which is a real suntrap! It is 2 mins walk to a blue flag sandy beach and the well regarded 19th Hole Bar/Restaurant. It is an ideal holiday base for couples and families alike to enjoy Elie & all that Fife has to offer. The cottage is fully double-glazed, has free wifi, wall mounted freeview tv (with Netflix, Amazon Prime), and comprises open plan lounge/dining/kitchen with extendable dining room table & chairs and solid wood flooring. The contemporary fitted kitchen is well equipped with all you could need for your stay, and property has fitted shower room. It is an ideal base for couples and families alike to stay, and we welcome pets by agreement.

Elie & the surround East Neuk of Fife has lots to offer - golf, tennis, putting, library, bowling, bike hire, watersports centre, beach activities, coastal walks including the famous "chain walk" and of course there are a number of wonderful local restaurants, cafes and pubs. As well as nearby St Andrews which is only a 20 minute drive away. Elie is a perfect location for exploring the East Neuk of Fife.
