Hardings Barn is a luxury barn conversion with underfloor heating and a glorious, large sun trap patio and delightful gardens. Close to Southend Barns wedding venue, Chichester Harbour, West Wittering and Pagham. The spacious open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room features modern appliances, a large central table and comfortable lounge area with large Smart TV. French doors lead out onto the wide terrace, with table, fire pit BBQ and sun loungers to enjoy your outdoor space. From the patio a pretty bridge leads over a stream and into the garden draped with a large willow. There are two beautifully furnished king size bedrooms; the large master offering an en-suite bath with rainhead shower over, Smart TV, dresser and French doors leading directly onto the terrace. Bedroom Two also has a Smart TV and a large mirrored wardrobe, and a family shower room next to it. Hardings Barn can also accommodate an additional two guests on the sofa bed in the lounge area taking capacity up to six; please contact us to arrange if this is required. An additional charge will apply for use of the sofa bed.

Neighbourhood information

Access to the owners’ swimming pool nearby is also possible on occasion, heated 1st May to 30th September. During these dates it is likely you will be able to use the pool and have some private/exclusive access. However please note that use may be shared (all or in part) with the owners’ family. Use is at the discretion of the owner at all times and we can offer no guarantee that it will be made available to guests, or offer any refund if it is not available during your stay. Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk. There is a stream next to the property and a lake adjacent to the main house opposite, please ensure children are supervised at all times. A low wall with railing is present around most of the patio, but there is open access around the rear of the barn and to the garden, and the garden is open down to the stream. Any rope swings present are ornamental only and are not designed or intended for use. Hardings Barn lies just south of Donnington, a small hamlet amidst the most glorious farmland. The award-winning pub ‘The Blacksmiths’ is a little over a half mile from your door, with a beautiful garden, open fires and gastronomic food.
