On the south-eastern slopes of Dartmoor is the pretty village of Holne, with its 13th century church and Community Shop & Tearoom. On the edge of Holne, is Forestoke Linhay, a detached, barn conversion on a small working farm. With open moorland just outside the farm gates the location is perfect for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. The cottage is simply furnished and full of character with exposed stone walls and wooden beams. The small and cosy lounge/kitchen/dining area is warmed by a wood burning stove. Adjoining the living area, there is a rustic conservatory where doors open onto an enclosed, terraced patio garden. From the twin bedroom, doors open onto a small patio and the double bedroom has extensive views towards the south coast, taking in Hembury and Holne Woods. Note: For any holiday starting between 16th September and 27th May, a heating supplement of £25.00 will be added to the cost of your holiday.
