Welcome to our family home on sought after Pentire, only a few minutes walk to Fistral Beach and a stones throw from all Newquay has to offer. The house was only built in 2004 but we've recently updated it with a stunning new wet room. It boasts 4 bedrooms, a family sitting room with comfy sofas and TV. This leads onto a bright conservatory for dining (seating 8) and a sunny patio. There's also off road parking for 2 cars, rare so near to the sea. We have lots for the family with two large sofas and TV, lamp, books and leaflets on Cornwall and Cornwall Monopoly for fun evenings in! Also there is a conservatory which is really light with a lovely large dining table which seats 8 (2 extra chairs available). There is wifi throughout the house, freeview TV and boardgames to play. DOWNSTAIRS: Kitchen - There is a fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob and a slim dishwasher. There are lots of plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. There are also children's plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. There's an Ikea high chair as well. Toilet (due to be converted into a bathroom with bath, winter 2019 TBC). The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet on the sought after Pentire Headland. We have 2 off road parking spaces to the front of the property although you don't even need to bring a car because the beach is so near, just a few minutes walk to Fistral Beach or 5-10 minutes walk to the Gannel. The golf course is really close as well (just 5 minutes walk), as well as the Headland Hotel and Spa with a brand new indoor swimming pool coming soon. There are lots of lovely cafes a short walk away, the centre of town is half a mile away and there are large supermarkets that deliver. Newquay boasts 15 beaches so close to each other. There are lovely walks around the area (Pentire is great for walks) as well as Newquay Zoo, cinema, surfing, paddleboarding etc. When you book we send you an information booklet with lots of information about Newquay and the surrounding area, with places to eat and things to do, plus we have shelves inside with books and leaflets on the area.
