Evergreen is a charming, historic cobb cottage on the outskirts of the village of Bransgore and within the free-roaming part of the New Forest National Park.
The delightful village of Mudeford with its picturesque quay is worth a visit and approximately 10 minutes drive away. The neighbouring village of Burley has a rich history with tales of witches, pirates, dragons and more. The local market town of Ringwood with its selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants is a great place to visit. Market day is held here on Wednesday. Christchurch is a lovely place for a short walk along the river, exploring the hilltop Norman Castle and Banquet House, and visiting Christchurch Priory. The Isle of Wight is a short ferry ride away from the pretty harbour town of Lymington, about 25 minutes drive from Bransgore. A little further afield but very much worth visiting is Corfe Castle, a picture-postcard hilltop ruined castle. The iconic Jurassic Coast is a 45 minute drive away, perfect for fossil hunters, and to explore the sea-arch rock of Durdle Door and nearby Lulworth Bay. If you enjoy walking and cycling, the New Forest provide an abundance of options right on your door step.
