The semi-detached property is situated within 1 mile of the University Town and seaside resort of Aberystwyth. There are shops and recreational area in Penparcau, with a frequent bus service to the town, which has excellent shopping facilities. The house will be your own but some of my belongings will be at the house as i use it occasionally. Well behaved pets welcome but downstairs only please! We have a back porch too for muddy boots etc. Washing machine and freezer located here. Beds will be made up and towels provided for free

There are shops, chip shop, chinese and recreational area in Penparcau, with a frequent bus service to the town, which has excellent shopping facilities. Bus transport or walk into the lovely town of Aberystwyth. Car parking space for two cars at the house.
