Here I have up for rent is my nannars caravan which is on Kings Caravan Park, Chapel St. Leonards. It is just a short walk to the beach, which on your way you will pass arcades, pubs and plenty of shops. There is also a onsite Bar which serves food and has a small games room for children. Dogs are welcome also as long as they are well behaved. There is a couple of chairs outside and some fold up chairs packed away inside. There is a spacious living room, with a TV that as Freeview. There is a table and 4 chairs to sit and enjoy your meals together. The kitchen as a Oven, Grill, Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Fridge Freezer, cutlery, pans and pots. Bedroom 1 is a double room with a large wardrobe, it also has an en-suite Toilet. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a small wardrobe. The last bed is a double bed which is in the form of a bed settee in the living room. There is a main bathroom which has a Toilet, Sink and a Shower. Double duvets, single duvets and pillows are provided but I ask that you provide your own duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels. If you have any questions I am more than happy to help.

Hi my name is Ryan, I am renting this caravan out for my nannar, who is 90 this year so she isn't very tech savvy, she has been the owner of this caravan for nearly 15 years now, and also owned caravans previous to this. it was mainly used as a holiday home for herself and family members for the majority of the time she has had it, however she now can't get up as much as she would like so I have taken the responsibility of letting it out so other people can enjoy it.

From the location of this caravan, you are just a short walk into Chapel and also to the beach. on your way to the beach you will pass arcades, cafes, bars and shops. So there is everything you need all within a short walk. there is also a bus stop that is a 5 minute walk to which can take you into fantasy island, or continue onwards to Skegness. There is a on site Bar which as a small games rooms for the children.
