Corn Cottage is set in a rural village location of Owston Ferry, providing two good sized bed rooms with twin sleeping arrangements. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge allowing a total of 6 people to sleep comfortably. We can also supply a travel cot and high chair free of charge making this an attractive option for young families. The well equipped dining kitchen is a lovely space with a sociable feel to it with comfortable chocolate brown leather dining chairs and good sized, extendable table providing ample dining for up to 6. The bathroom has a P shaped bath with shower over. Outside there is a small, artificially turfed private area and upstairs, the main bedroom gives access to a lovely wooden balcony with seating and views along the River Trent The village has two pubs. The White Hart, serving delicious home cooked food, directly opposite Corn Cottage and The Crooked Billet,a cosy community pub, with a large bar and real fire, a few hundred yards from the cottage. The village boast's a well-stocked shop next to the recreation ground with kids play area. Owston Ferry Fisheries is a fishing venue designed to accommodate pleasure anglers and match fishermen
