Modern studio apartment in a semi rural location with parking and private entrance. Perfectly situated for any kind of break. Situated just 10 minutes from the A47 and 15 minutes from Norwich and the Broads. Now taking bookings. Cleaning measures are in place for the peace of mind and safety of guests. This includes bleach cleaning of all hard surfaces, a minimum 6 hour ventilated interval between bookings, antibacterial spray of all high touch points along with contact free check in.

After moving to Norfolk a few years ago for a change in lifestyle and a better future for my two young boys, I always wanted to dabble in hospitality and now I have the chance to share a small piece of my countryside home. I look forward to welcoming you. Greg The apartment contains a door connected to my home but this is strictly not used when guests are staying. There is a key safe outside for flexible arrivals and for use if I am unable to welcome you personally (I work full time so weekday bookings may be self check in). I will hopefully be around to say hello and to deal with any queries you may have, but you will otherwise be left to enjoy your space.

A quiet, rural location so a car is advisable but cabs and public transport are available to and from either the city or Wroxham. Tesco Extra, Co-op and other stores are a short drive away along with some nice pubs and eateries. The recently renovated Green Man is now open with a bar and restaurant just a 2 minute walk. The Hilltop cafe just half a mile along the road is also highly recommended for a hearty breakfast. There is a park and ride just a 5 minute drive away which takes you into Norwich. Nearby bus stops also serve Norwich, Wroxham and beyond. A great location for exploring the Broads, visiting the wonderful city of Norwich, a day at the coast or just enjoying the pleasant Norfolk countryside.
