Please note - Access to the communal gardens at Parklands is restricted to just the communal Orchard. The remaining garden areas are for use by the residents only. Please note - Children should be supervised at all times as there are ponds within the property grounds. Please note: There are a lot of stairs leading up to this top floor flat and may not be suitable for those with mobility issuesPlease note - Residents have dogs
