NEWLY AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS Recently renovated and extended property, accommodates up to 14 guests! This property is a ten minute drive to Royal Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge. With an open plan kitchen dining area perfect for catching up with friends and family. Located in Pembury is ideal for Families, Wedding Guests, Walkers, Couples, Cyclist and Adventurers, making ideal for short breaks or something longer. Dining table seats 10, extends to seat 14 guests! Garden has separate entrance for walks to fields and woodlands. Separate garden room with additional sofa for quiet retreat. We can also accommodate business trips and a base for workers. Five minutes from Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Central location for London, Hastings, Ashford. Important Notes: The log burner is by advance request only. Guests must request 5 day before arrival. The washing machine advance request only. Guests must request 7 day before arrival. The deposit is 500 pounds per booking (not 300 as stated elsewhere), and this is only payable by bank transfer prior to arrival. There are currently four bedrooms: Bedroom one has a zip and lock Super King that can be turned into two singles, with two singles under . This bedroom can sleep up to four.
