A lovely light and airy house in Cheltenham town centre. A two minute walk to Cheltenham High Street with its vast array of shops and restaurants. The property has one double bedroom, one single bedroom and can sleep a fourth guest on the single sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Kitchen has microwave, cooker and fridge. Private entrance to the property and small courtyard garden for alfresco dining. Pets welcome. It is accessed by its own private entrance. The lounge comprises a single sofa bed (extra bedding available on request), sofa and television with freeview. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and kettle as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a breakfast bar area with stools. Up a single flight of stairs is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Linen and towels, plenty of storage including clothes hangers, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided. An easy brief walk gets you to the lower end of Cheltenham High Street. A lively area of cafes, restaurants and take-aways which leads to the main shopping district of the Town. A 2 or 3 minute walk in the opposite direction is a Waitrose supermarket. West End pay and display car park is a two minute walk from the property and is the most convenient place to leave your vehicle. It is possible to pay to park on the street but only for a maximum of two hours.
