With two bedrooms, one double with an en-suite, and a separate family bathroom, there is accommodation for up to four people. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, plus a balcony with furniture and sea views. You'll also find one designated off road parking space and with all the amenities of this popular coastal resort, along with the beach, just a few minutes' walk away, 4 Ocean 1 is perfect at any time of year. There is a complete new heating system comprising electric radiators throughout. Please ensure these are not covered at anytime. A charge will be incurred if covered.Please note arrival time is 4.30pm on the day of arrival and departure time is 9.30am to facilitate extra cleaning during the current Covid situation
