Sea Mist

Pros: Het appartement ligt op een fantastische locatie, is groot en heeft alle gemakken. Het is slechts 3 minuten lopen naar het centrum en toch geen enkel last van verkeer of ander geluid. Parkeren is prima te doen in een parkeer garage 50 meter verder. De bedden zijn goed, keuken is goed en er is voldoende ruimte. Goed internet, goede televisie.

Cons: De schoonmaak had wat beter gekund.

Pros: Location great, modern decor, large and spacious.

Cons: The kitchen hadn't been cleaned on arrival. We had to call the owner to ask him to send a cleaner - he responded immediately which was appreciated but shouldn't have happened. There was no dishcloth for us to use. No grill pan fitment in the oven. We couldn't use the front bedroom as the window seals had 'gone' in the bedroom and lounge so the noise of the wind whistling was too loud. We moved to the middle bedroom but the duvet was a cheap kingsize in a double duvet cover so it was not particularly comfortable. This room was very noisy as the recycling bins from nearby restaurants and cafes are located at the back. They are emptied at 6.30 in the morning. Builders were also working on a nearby property from 8am. The noise at the rear isn't anything the owner could've done anything about to be fair to him. The bedside lamps didn't work in 2 of the rooms so we had to mess about finding some that worked and there are no plug sockets near any of the mirrors other than in the lounge for you to use a hairdryer. All of this is constructive criticism really as the property is almost perfect in every other way. I hate giving negative feedback but I think addressing these issues above could make this property fantastic.

Cons: Kitchen could have been better equipped. The apartment was fairly clean but have stayed in apartments that have been sparkling

Pros: Lovely sea front view. Bedrooms well spaced out so apartment felt very big

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und war ideal, um den Ort zu erkunden (Altstadt, Burg, Naturschutzgebiet, Hafen, Fischereimuseum etc.) Mehrere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Stellplätze und Tiefgarage direkt am Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Blick aus dem Fenster - einfach wow!

Cons: Nur Kleinigkeiten: Aufzug war defekt. Kühlschrank war vor Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Deckenlampe im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht, konnte aber mit mehreren Tischlichtern ausgeglichen werden. Auch die Nachttischlampen konnten teilweise nicht verwendet werden.

Pros: Perfect for our 2 night stay in Hastings to attend Battle of Hastings BMX competition. Very comfortable, plenty of space, perfect location.

Cons: 1 toilet could be an issue for 6 adults, but didn't impact on our trip.

Pros: Good location to get everywhere

Cons: One minor thing would be the stairs
